Mr. Alexander L. Shaw, Attorney-at-Law, read law at the University of the West Indies, graduating with an LLB (Hons), and completed his Legal Education Certificate at Norman Manley Law School. He practises across criminal, civil, family, conveyancing, personal injury, and estate planning and administration matters, and has built a reputation in Spanish Town and beyond for thorough preparation and a steady courtroom presence.
Beyond practice, Mr. Shaw is an Adjunct Tutor in the Faculty of Law at the UWI Mona and lectured at G.C. Foster College in his earlier years. He is also a recognised social and political commentator, called to the Jamaican Bar in 2018. He was named a 2023 Governor General's Achievement Awardee and a 2022 Prime Minister's Youth Awardee for Excellence in Nation Building, the firm's highest public recognitions to date.

Called to the Jamaican Bar in 2018, Mr. Shaw was recognised among a small group of Jamaicans honoured by the Office of the Governor-General in 2023 for sustained contribution to the parish and to the practice of law.
